1. Services
DeepWaveDev provides web development services including but not limited to landing pages, business websites, MVP development, and SaaS applications. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in a separate project agreement.
2. Project Agreements
Before work begins, both parties will agree on the project scope, timeline, milestones, and payment schedule. Changes to the agreed scope may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost, which will be communicated in advance.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. Late payments may result in work being paused until the balance is settled.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and assets created for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party libraries and tools remain under their respective licenses.
5. Revisions & Support
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as defined in the project agreement. Post-launch support periods (typically 30 days) cover bug fixes related to delivered work. Additional features or changes beyond the original scope are billed separately.
6. Limitation of Liability
DeepWaveDev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. Any completed deliverables will be handed over upon settlement.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
